I feel amazing this is my morning routine first i wake up go toilet splash my face with some tempratire room water use a face mask go downstairs for breakfast my usual is a matcha or some milk with porridge or eggs and avacado on toast with a banan or any fruit then i go walk my dog also soing my morning run after that i show and i do some yoga and relaz then i call my friends and spend time qith them or just yeh and i love skipping and i skip in my house no hate hut like yeh and i have something for a snack today i had a chobani as my snack before lunch and for. Lunch i went. To thsi little cafe and i had a sandwich a ceaser salad a banana. Green tea and some cut up apples with my banana to that was my lunch then theoughout the day i done some painting and omg it was such a nice painting i drew a land scape of beautiful flowers in a flower field it justs makes me feel calm and i also when i was painting i was also eating a granola bar to and for dinner i. Cooked. Some medium rare steak broccoli carrots and these mini potatoes and rice with ketchup in the rice and that was dinne for a late night snack i had cookies and milk i had double fudge cookies and they were 👌 and i has a 10 minute rest and i done some of my college homework and that was my routine like if you read it all ❤🎉

  2. Taking a nap in 5th period sounds nice but my teacher will give me detention😢😢😢
