Richie breaks down another essential vitamin, Vitamin D 🌞 in this video 👉 https://youtu.be/jCJcBXg4frg
Also with regards to vitamin D Has you age, the skin does not produce the same amount of vitamin D from the same exposure as it would when you were younger, so vitamin D supplementation is wise as you get older. And also dark or black skinned people make a lot less vitamin D from sun exposure due to their dark skin. It’s quite common for dark or black skinned people to be vitamin D deficient.
Made my cock so fat bro! I can’t get it in my own ass anymore.
Surprised you didn’t mention potassium. It’s impossible to supplement it and you need around 4000 mg a day. Bananas have like 40mg a banana so unless you want to eat 100 a day, then it ain’t happening. The absolute best way to get potassium is from leafy greens. It’s important to eat spinach or kale often.
Hi bro, I really liked your video — it was very helpful. I wanted to ask for advice based on my situation.
I’m working in Qatar with a very tough routine (around 12-hour duty + about 4 hours travel daily), so my eating schedule is very irregular. Sometimes I eat eggs, sometimes roti, sometimes rice — no proper routine.
Lately I’m facing multiple issues:
– Heavy hair fall
– Dandruff and itchy scalp
– White hair starting early
– Very dry skin on my whole body, especially after shower (itching gets worse after using soap)
I think my lifestyle and maybe wrong products are affecting me, but I’m confused about what to fix first.
Can you please guide me:
1. Should I rely more on food or take a daily multivitamin?
2. Which vitamins would actually help in my case (B12, D, zinc, etc.)?
3. What kind of simple routine would work for someone with my long duty hours?
I’d really appreciate your advice. Thanks again for your content 🙏
