Post workout lunch recipe:

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, sliced into strips
1–1.5 tbsp jerk seasoning (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
1½ cups low-fat milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess, optional)
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
(a little bit flour to thicken)
