Never heard anyone say they take vitamins ‘just in case’. Taking vitamins is just good as a supplement to your food. It’s difficult to obtain all your vitamins from eating veggies. I love eating veggies and meat, but no way I can get all the vitamins I need in one day from the food that I eat alone. Do not skip your vitamin supplements folks.

Ah, yes, multivitamins. People take these while still being on a bad diet, and then they wonder why their pee turns neon yellow.
What’s your take on Coq10 after 40? If yes which type, thanks.
